Shipping policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and offer a similar product or refund you the amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

All items ship from Canada. Shipping is available to all of Canada and the USA.

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped within 2 business days and you will receive shipping information once the order is fulfilled by our crew. We always try our best to get your products shipped right away. The delivery time once it has been shipped is dependent on the carrier and rate selected.

Carriers


We use multiple couriers for our shipments including, but not limited to, Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and FedEx. CK7 will determine the best shipping method while processing all orders to allow your order to arrive as quickly and cheaply as possible.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
